It's wineclub time again!
We are excited to host these evenings for our fourth year running, and would love to see some familiar faces again, as well as some new ones. As previous years were very successful, we have decided to run with the same arrangement. Our wine workshops will be held over four evenings in May, June, July and August. These nights will consist of 3 wines with matching canapes, designed by our talented Chef Steve Coyne, for only $15pp.
We plan to hold these evenings on the first Wednesday of the month (except for June which will be the second Thursday) this year. To start, we will be kicking off with Brightwater Vineyard, this will also feature their barrique Sauvignon Blanc that we will be using for our 3 course matching Sauvingnon Blanc dinner on the 5 May for International Sauvingon Blanc day. Wednesday 3rd May: Brightwater Vineyard at 6.30pm.
Thursday 8 June: Blackenbrook Vineyard at 6.30pm.
Wednesday 5 July: Greenhough Vineyard at 6.30pm.
Wednesday 2 August at 6.30pm.: Red and White Cellar with a great international selection.
